NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. VALID IN THE 50 UNITED STATES, PUERTO RICO, GUAM, THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ONLY. ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. Eligibility: 1. The RSA Conference 2024 Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to all attendees of the RSA Conference 2024 who are among the first fifty (50) individuals to register for appointments with the Sponsor (herein defined), except for employees and immediate family members of Nucleus. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Contest is Nucleus Security, Inc., 71 Alafia Dr, Sarasota, FL 34240 (the “Sponsor” or “Nucleus”). How to Enter: 1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To enter the Contest, attendees must visit the Nucleus booth at the conference venue during the contest period, which is from May 7th to May 9th, 2024, and be among the first fifty (50) individuals to register for appointments with Sponsor. 2. Attendees must provide accurate and complete information, including their name, email address, and contact number. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified. Nucleus accepts no responsibility for submissions lost, delayed, damaged, defaced, or mislaid, howsoever caused. 3. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be voided. Selection of Winners: 1.The winners of the Contest will be selected by random drawing. The drawing will take place within one week after the end of the Contest period]. 2. The winner need not be present to win. 3. If the winner is not present, the winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided on their entry forms. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, a new winner will be selected. Prizes: There will be one (1) prizes available to be won, a Meta Quest 2. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $300. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for prizes is allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner shall bear all responsibility for use of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater monetary value if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any reason. Value is subject to market conditions, which can fluctuate and any difference between actual market value and actual retail value will not be awarded. The winner shall bear all responsibility for use of the prize(s) in compliance with any conditions imposed by such manufacturer(s), and any additional costs associated with its use, service, or maintenance. SPONSOR HAS NOT MADE AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY MANNER FOR ANY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR LAW, RELATING TO THE PRIZE(S), REGARDING THE USE, VALUE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE PRIZE(S), INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MECHANICAL CONDITION, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY STANDARD MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY THAT MAY APPLY TO THE PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENTS THERETO. TAXES: AWARDS OF PRIZES TO POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE EXPRESS REQUIREMENT THAT THEY SUBMIT TO GOOGLE ALL DOCUMENTATION REQUESTED BY GOOGLE TO PERMIT IT TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE STATE, FEDERAL AND LOCAL TAX REPORTING ALL PRIZES WILL BE NET OF ANY TAXES GOOGLE IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO WITHHOLD. Privacy: Entrants agree and acknowledge that personal data submitted with an entry, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email address may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used by Nucleus and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the Contest. Individuals submitting personal information in connection with the Contest have the right to request access, review, rectification or deletion of any personal data held by Nucleus in connection with the Contest by writing to Nucleus at the following address: 71 Alafia Dr, Sarasota, FL 34240 Publicity: By entering the Contest, Entrants agree to participate in any media or promotional activity resulting from the Contest as reasonably requested by Nucleus at Nucleus’s expense and agree and consent to use of their name and/or likeness by Nucleus. General Conditions: By entering the Contest, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Nucleus, which are final and binding. Nucleus reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that violates these rules or engages in fraudulent or unfair conduct. Nucleus is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human errors that may occur during the entry process. By entering the Contest, participants grant Nucleus the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes, including on social media and the company website. Nucleus reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Contest.
