RSAC 2026 BINGO: Your Unofficial Survival Guide to Moscone
Making your way through RSACTM requires equal parts strategy, enjoying the spectacle, and for those so inclined, a good amount of espresso.
You’ll hear “AI-powered” before your first coffee. You’ll collect more tote bags than you could ever need. You’ll run into someone you haven’t seen in three jobs. And at least one demo will mysteriously start “just loading…”.
To make the most of the chaos, we’ve created an RSAC BINGO card — a lighthearted way to capture the moments every security professional experiences during conference week.
Screenshot it. Share it with your team. See how fast you hit BINGO in San Francisco!

How to Actually Win at RSAC
Aside from our fun game of RSAC Bingo, there are some tried and true strategies that can help you make the most of your week by the Bay. Here are some of my favorites that I picked up at my first RSAC last year.
Plan Your Commute Before You Land
RSAC week reshapes traffic around San Francisco’s SoMa neighborhood.
Rideshare prices spike between peak conference times. A “quick” ride can easily double in time. Post-event pickup zones fill up fast.
Consider all your commute options in advance. Uber and Lyft are standard, Waymo operates in San Francisco if you want to try an autonomous ride, RSA conference shuttles can be efficient and cost effective options depending on your hotel, and if the weather cooperates, renting a bike is often faster than sitting in traffic. Bay Wheels has stations throughout SoMa.
If you’re within a mile, walking is often the fastest option. If not, build in buffer time and choose your ride strategically.
Have a Coffee Strategy
Sensing a recurring theme? Maybe it’s because our team is just like many others, fueled by caffeine!
Coffee lines near Moscone can quietly cost you 15–20 minutes during peak hours. Some smarter options include:
- Conference coffee stations inside Moscone West
- Vendor booths serving espresso on the expo floor
- Blue Bottle (about five minutes away). Go early!
- Delah Coffee (about six minutes away). Strong and efficient, worth the extra couple minutes spent back and forth.
Remember: Time in line is time not spent in conversation. Choose wisely.
Identify Your Go-To Lunch Spots on Day 1
Lunch rush hits hard between 12:00–1:30 pm. Scout out your options early so you’re not wandering hungry between meetings. All the spots below offer online ordering, which can easily save 10–15 minutes during peak windows.
- Metreon (2–3 minutes from Moscone West). Located directly across the street and built for speed. Popular options include Super Duper Burgers, Nick the Greek, and Buckhorn Grill.
- DragonEats (7–8 minute walk). Vietnamese street food favorites, especially bánh mì and rice bowls.
- Really tight on time? Grab-and-go from the nearby Whole Foods Market (about a 6–8 minute walk from Moscone) can be the fastest option when your calendar leaves no margin.
A 1:30pm lunch is dramatically easier than a noon lunch. If you can hold off until then, it could be a huge time saver.
Schedule for Energy, Not Just Time
The long days, rapid-fire conversations, and sheer content volume at RSAC will drain your decision-making capacity. Instead of stacking meetings evenly across the day, we suggest:
- Putting your most important vendor conversations in the morning.
- Using mid-afternoon for lower-stakes meetings or expo browsing.
- Keeping at least one 30-minute block daily with no agenda; that’s where the best unplanned conversations happen.
If every slot is booked, you leave no room for signal.
Decide What You’re Not Evaluating
The expo floor is designed to overwhelm you. Without some guidelines put in place ahead of time, you might find yourself missing out on that one vendor or meeting you were hoping for.
Before you land, explicitly rule out the categories you have no interest in:
- “We are not buying XDR this year.”
- “We are not replacing our EDR.”
- “We are only evaluating cloud posture tools.”
This prevents reactive demos and random badge scans from hijacking your week.
Clarity isn’t just about what you pursue. Ignoring certain products or subjects will help keep you focused on what matters the most to you during your time at RSAC.
See You at RSAC 2026
Underneath the buzzwords and prize wheels, RSAC is where real security conversations happen.
The Nucleus team will be on the ground throughout the week at Booth #N-4324, meeting with customers and partners and talking through what effective exposure management looks like in 2026. If you’re looking to simplify remediation, prioritize what matters, or connect exposure data to real risk outcomes, we’d love to compare notes.
We’re also proud to support the community beyond the expo floor. Join us at the Tunnel to Towers reception for an evening focused on giving back and connecting with peers in a more meaningful setting. The reception has limited space; register here to secure an exclusive invite.
Play BINGO. Wear comfortable shoes. Protect your calendar. And if you make it to Friday with your strategy sharper than when you arrived, that’s a win.
Do you have some strategies you’d like to share that we missed here? Head over to our LinkedIn page and tell us how you plan to navigate the conference. And we invite you to tell us exactly how long it took to make BINGO on your card! Our team will be playing too. See if you can beat us.
